Dear Parents,

Thank you for your interest and for considering SAN ACADEMY GROUP OF SCHOOLS for your children's educational experience. We recognize that it is not always easy to know what criteria to use while selecting a school or what questions to be asked to find out if a school fits your child’s interest and needs. Here at SAN, we have an Admission team who are dedicated to making this a smooth and easy experience.

Admission Procedure

Pre-registration/enquiry through the online Registration form or in person.

After receiving the pre-registration form, the school will contact you with an appointment date for your child for an interaction/entrance test. Parents need to accompany their child on the specified date and time for the interaction/entrance test.

  • Nursery - Oral Interaction
  • Jr.KG & Sr.KG- Oral Interaction and written test in letters and numbers.
  • Grades I – II - Written test in English and Mathematics
  • Grade III onwards - Written test in English, Mathematics and II Language (Hindi / Tamil)

The admission of a student to our school is purely based on the performance in the Interaction / Entrance test, the availability of seats and age criteria.Siblings of students studying and Teacher's wards will be given preference in admission to the school. After admission is confirmed, Parents will have to meet the Admission incharge for further formalities.

Documents to be submitted at the time of seeking admission

  • Attested copy of the Birth Certificate of student
  • Transfer certificate from the previous school (from class I onwards)
  • A copy of the Progress Report of the previous class studied
  • Proof of residence (any one)
  • Copy of Aadhar card of the student
  • EMIS Number of the student (to be collected from the previous school)
  • Passport size photograph of the student – 2 nos.

  • What are the safety measures adopted at your campuses?

    In case of any illness or injury during school hours, the student will be given basic First Aid

    Fire extinguishers are placed at appropriate places for the safety of children.

    For the safety and security of the students, the school has surveillance cameras in every classroom, corridors , entrance, office room and at the reception of the school.

  • How are parents informed about their children’s progress?

    The PTA meets are conducted every quarter as per the convenient date and timings of all the members and school authorities. The meetings will let everyone know the progress in the academic and non-academic arenas.
