Annual day

San Academy Velachery celebrated its 16th Annual Day 2023-24 on 29th October 2023 at Anna Centenary Auditorium. The Annual day was conducted in two shows. The Morning show for classes Nursery to Class 3 had the theme as Passionateness with Ms. Archana, Principal Kidzee School, Sholinganallur as the chief guest and the evening show for Classes 4 to 8 with the theme Tints and Tones was cherished with Master Mahendran South Indian Actor as the Chief Guest.

Annual day

Annual day at San calls for a grand celebration. It forms integral part of our school activities. It is an occasion of celebration, felicitation, feats and festivity where students present not only their wonderful performances but also receive honour for their curricular achievements. On Nov 5 2022, our Annual day was celebrated with the themes of Annual Day 2022 were “Canivele De Fiesta” for Nursery – Class 2 and “Folksy Fiesta” for Class 3 – 7. All students rocked the stage with worldwide folk festival dances and brought the experience of witnessing the tradition and culture of various countries through their dance. Ms. Gayathri Jeganmohan, Correspondent-Founder-Chairman of Sahasras School and Educational Trust, graced the morning session of the event as a Chief Guest. The evening session’s Chief Guest was Mr.Karu palanipappan, renowned Director-Actor in Tamil Film Industry. We had an opportunity to honour one of the Theru koothu Artists Mr.MuthuChandran and their family for their achievement in the Folk industry.
